Essentially hired on a dry hire basis - we create the space for your function/event allowing you to arrange all other consumables - food & beverages.

The Ultimate Venue comes with an impressive list of high quality chattels - from a fully serviceable bar, refrigeration unit, glass washer, glass ware, Plasma TV's, up to the minute sound system including  IPod, lounge area complete with leather lounge suites, tables, chairs, tablecloths indoor/outdoor lighting  and more - nothing has been spared making it truly The Ultimate Venue.
