Just wanted to give you a huge applaud for the "Ultimate Venue"
I really don't know where to start, but the package could not have worked better for us last year through the 2007-2008 Motorsport seasons.
Given the variation of facilities available at the venues where Motor racing is hosted it was fantastic for us to be able to be guaranteed a consistent high quality venue and service package such as yours. Whether we were hosting guests or meeting the demanding needs of a 25 person race team, The Ultimate Venue and your service was top notch (even when working with indifferent caterers etc.)

Additionally, the flexibility of being able to site the Venue to advantage race track viewing or proximity to the Team Pits was awesome, giving our guests the Best the venue could offer.

We would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone, and I guess testimony to that is that we have secured your services for this coming season.

If I was to describe The Ultimate Venue in one word it would be fantastic. Mike and his team did a superb job ensuring my clients were well looked after during the time we had. The venue itself is well appointed and is well set up to provide a relaxed atmosphere where a good time is guaranteed. Dear Mike

Following the final round at Invercargill this March, I feel the need to put pen to paper and thank you for providing such a fantastic hospitality venue for all our sponsors, guests and friends of motorsport during the season.

It's been a pleasure working with you and the team over the last five months and it still amazes me how everything fits into the truck and trailer unit... it's a bit like Doctor Who's tardis!     

The Ultimate Venue is so aptly named, leather couches, plasma screens, sound system, flooring, tables, chairs, heaters, fans and of course ‘the bar!'   "Simply Outstanding".    You thought of everything luxurious when you designed her!    The other highlight when hiring the TUV is we got your services and assistance and no matter what the circumstances, nothing was ever a problem.   We encountered nearly every weather pattern during the season and it was great to know TUV was always a inviting haven from the battling winds and rain or the searing sun.  

So thanks again Mike to You, Paula and the Team, we look forward to doing it all again next year!

Kapiti Coast Harness Racing Club

Our Kapiti Coast Harness Racing Club was delighted with the experience of having the Ultimate Venue at our Annual Race Meeting at the Foxton Racecourse.

The Venue enhanced the entertainment style for our guests, ie a modern facility which incorporated live coverage of Trackside on flat screens, music, an excellent well serviced bar, BBQ catering, comfortable seating and shelter, all situated close to the racing action and betting facilities. Our guests were "wowed" by the social ambience and have already enthusiastically committed to our next annual race meeting.
