The Ultimate Venue (NZ) Ltd is actively seeking companies or organisations operating in any of the below fields. We are currently receiving numerous inquiries for our venue along with requests to contact names, for a range of other services. The Ultimate Venue can be configured to suit your client's needs. If you are organising staff functions, client functions, weddings, birthdays, family reunions or any other event The Ultimate Venue is the venue for you.

To make an event the ultimate event hirers may require the services of:

caterers:

The Ultimate Venue seats up to 60 people. Our fixtures fittings and equipment are of a high quality. To cater for the clients needs off site preparation will be necessary.

hospitality staff:

Hirers may require qualified bar staff and/or waiting staff. The Ultimate Venue is hired on a dry-hire basis but has a fully equipped bar. Bar staff must hold a current host responsibility certificate.

live entertainment:

The Ultimate Venue has an in-built sound system with at least a 1000 song play list. Hirers may prefer live entertainment. The Ultimate Venue is most suitable for a solo artist or two man bands.

transport hire:

There are opportunities for all types of passenger services from chauffeur driven limousines to buses.

unique locations:

You may have a unique location which will appeal to a hirer. It will need to have accessibility for a truck and trailer and a 200sqm flat surface.

promotions:

The hirer may require promotional material for their event from invites to branding.
